Reports

Reports give Asset and ecosystem Managers the tools to visualize and export data in more concise and actionable ways than is possible with the Map Views and log lists. Most reports synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights that can be directly translated to cost savings and efficiency measures.

The Reports Overview page provides a list of all available reports and brief descriptions of their uses and contents.

Scheduled Reports

The Scheduled Reports feature automatically sends an email with a PDF or XLS version of a report to help portal managers keep organizational records, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, provide information to insurance companies, and automate processes. Users can choose to run and view a report directly from the portal itself, and these reports will have export options that will allow users to save and use them externally.

From any report after it has been run, users can choose to Print, Export to Excel, or Export to PDF. The print option will act the same as any other print button from a browser, triggering the user’s device’s print protocols. Exporting to Excel or PDF will initiate the save protocols from the browser.
